Grade 12 learners with no institution on file. Until you enter where a learner enrolled, their portal stays in school mode — no bursary, no mentor, no shadowing — and their parent still sees the limited view. Entering an institution switches all of that on straight away.

Run this once at the start of the school year. Nothing advances a learner's grade automatically — without it, a learner who started in Grade 11 still reads Grade 11 a year later.
